Usage Directions:
To support healthy digestive function adults take 1 capsule daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
For all other symptoms take 2 capsules with food or advised by your health professional.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, worsen, change unexpectedly, or episodes of medically diagnosed IBS become more frequent, talk to your healthcare professional. Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications
Drink plenty of water . If constipated, do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants, under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.
Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin & mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
