Tears Naturale Liquid Eye Drops 15ml
Description:
Tears Naturale Artificial Tears have been specially formulated to provide soothing relief from the symptoms associated with dry irritated eyes. Dry Eye is when the tear film that coats our eyes is non-existent or is insufficient to keep eyes adequately lubricated. As well as dryness, this may cause irritation, stinging and a scratchy or gritty feeling.
The Tears Naturale formula compliments natural tears to lubricate and relieve irritation, grittiness, and burning.
Dry eyes may be the result of exposure to environment (wind, sun, pollution, dust, smoke, pollen, or air-conditioning), screen use, ageing, medical conditions, or medications (nntihistamines or decongestants).
Ingredients:
DUASORB (Hypromellose 3 mg/ml and Dextran 70 1 mg/ml).
Preservative: Polyquad (Polyquaternium-1) 0.011 mg/ml
Usage Directions:
Wash your hands before you start.
Hold the bottle pointing down, between your thumb and fingers.
Tilt your head back. Pull down your lower eyelid with a finger, until there is a 'pocket' between the eyelid and your eye.
Instil 1 or 2 drops in this ‘pocket’ as required or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not touch your eye or eyelid, surrounding areas or other surfaces with the dropper. It could infect the drops.
Gently press on the base of the bottle to release one drop at a time.
Do not squeeze the bottle, only a gentle press on the bottom is needed.
If you use drops in both eyes, repeat the steps for your other eye.
Put the bottle cap firmly back on immediately after use.
Storage:
Store below 25°C.
Discard container 6 months after opening. Use before expiration date.

Ophthalmic use only. It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner's directions and all labelling instructions for proper use of the product. If you experience headache, eye pain, persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes or redness of the eye or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, remove any contact lenses, discontinue use of the eye drops and consult your eye care practitioner. Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product. Sterile until opened. Keep out of reach of children.

How We Handle Them:
Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
