Usage Directions:
ADULT DOSAGE: One tablet daily, during or immediately after the main meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.

- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
