Usage Directions:

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN CLEANING CONTACT LENSES:

Wash your hands - Ensure your hands are washed, clean and dry to avoid irritation.

Begin with the same eye - Establish a habit of starting with the same eye. This way you won’t mix them up since each eye has its own prescription.

Clean contacts after removal - For bi-weekly and monthly lenses, always clean your contact lenses immediately after you remove them. If you wear daily disposable lenses, throw them away after removal.

Never use tap water to clean a lens or lens case - Refer to your contact lens solution instruction guide for further information about how long to soak your contact lenses or how often you should change the solution if you don’t wear them every day.

STEPS FOR CLEANING YOUR 2-WEEK OR MONTHLY CONTACTS:

Fill each chamber of your contact lens case with fresh contact lens disinfecting solution.

Place one lens in the clean, dry palm of your hand, and apply a few drops of your contact lens disinfecting solution. With one finger, gently rub the lens back and forth on your palm to clean the lens surfaces.

Rinse your lens thoroughly with more of your solution and put it into your clean contact lens case.

Repeat this routine for your other lens, close the case and leave your lenses to soak overnight.

CLEANING YOUR LENS CASE:

Empty your contact lens case of the old solution.

Rinse it with fresh contact lens solution.

Allow contact lens container to air-dry, upside down on a clean tissue.

Replace your contact lens case on a regular basis, every 3 months.

ACUVUE RevitaLens Multi-Purpose Disinfecting Solution is indicated for the care of soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses, including silicone hydrogel lenses. Use this product, as recommended by your eye care professional, to disinfect, clean, rinse, store, remove protein and condition your lenses.

If you are allergic to any ingredient in ACUVUE RevitaLens MPDS do not use this product.

 Problems with contact lenses and lens care products could result in corneal infection and/or ulcers and lead to loss of vision. It is essential that you follow your eye care professional’s directions and all labelling instructions for proper use of lenses and lens care products, including the lens case.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
