Description:

Silicone Gel Adhesive hydrocelluar foam dressing with a thin profile for fragile skin and skin tears.

Usage Directions:

  1. Clean the application site. Ensure surrounding skin is clean, dry and free from excess hair.

  2. Select appropriate dressing size.

  3. Start to remove the protector material from Allevyn Gentle Border Lite Dressing and anchor the adhesive side of the dressing to the skin.

  4. Smooth the dressing over the application site, removing the remaining protector material and ensure that the dressing is adhered all around the application site.

Warnings:

Do not use ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite dressing with oxidising agents such as hypochlorite solutions (e.g. EUSOL) or hydrogen peroxide, as these can break down the absorbent polyurethane component of the dressing.

If reddening or sensitisation occurs discontinue use.

Do not use this dressing to secure other medical devices to the patient, due to the gentle adhesive used.

ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite is a single use product. If used on more than one patient, cross-contamination or infection may result.

Opening the dressing pack comprises the sterile barrier. Any unused dressings should be discarded.

The scale on the pouch is for guidance to assist dressing selection only, and care should be taken to avoid cross contamination.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

All products you buy from the Healthylife website are covered by the Healthylife Returns Policy.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
 

What Items Are Restricted For Returns*?

We will not accept Change of Mind Returns for the following items:
