Description:

Lemon Lime APOHEALTH Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets, can be taken due to fluid loss caused by vomiting & diarrhoea. It also helps manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, excess alcohol consumption or due to a hot or dry environment.

Signs of mild dehydration included: Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine.

Ingredients:

citric acid 672 mg, glucose 1.62 g, Potassium chloride 149 mg, Sodium bicarbonate 378 mg, Sodium chloride 87.5 mg

Usage Directions:

1. Remove 2 tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water (2-3 minutes).

For babies under 6 months use freshly boiled and cooled water.

2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.

3. Reconstituted solution may be stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Otherwise,unused solution should be discarded within 2 hours.

4. Avoid mixing APOHEALTH Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets with soft drink, cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks as these can interfere with the rehydration process.

5. Always dissolve tablets in water. Never place tablet directly into mouth

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Incorrect use could be harmful. If symptoms persist please consult your healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. If diarrhoea persists, seek medical advice. 

Be aware that dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhoea can be dangerous in babies, children under the age of 5 and the elderly. Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3, 24 hours in children between the ages of 3 to 6 and 48 hours for adults and children over the age of 6.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease or if you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication. Prepared solution contains 0.78mg/ml potassium. Quantity of potassium per adult maximum daily dose is 3126mg.

Prepared solution contains 1.38mg/ml sodium. Quantity of sodium per adult maximum daily dose is 5515mg. Contains sugars and sucralose.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
