Description:
Avene XeraCalm Balm, restores the skin's barrier function & comfort; soothes itching sensations caused by skin dryness and preserves the skin flora. It is a lipid replenishing balm that has been specially formulated for those with dry sensitive skin prone to atopic dermatitis/eczema and itching.
It is suitable for use by the whole family, from adults to infants. The formula benefits from the unique ‘Sterile Cosmetics’ technology that eliminates the need for preservatives (including hidden preservatives like alcohol).

- Contains I-modulia® complex: The 1st biotechnological active ingredient from Avène Thermal Spring Water that reduces itching sensations* and soothes redness and irritation caused by the skin's hyper-reactivity
- Contains Cer-omega: Lipids which resemble those found in the skin that help repair, nourish and strengthen the protective film, giving the skin better resistance against external aggressions
- Avène Thermal Spring Water: Soothing, anti-irritating, softening.
- A formula with efficacy recognized by the new European recommendations in dermatology for treatment of atopic eczema: "Emollient PLUS**" category.
- Only necessary ingredients, preservative free
- Respects the skin and cutaneous microbiome
- Sterilised formula protected against bacterial contamination
Ingredients:
I-modulia®.Cer-omega. Avene thermale spring water (avene aqua). mineral oil (paraffinum liquidum). glycerin. caprylic/capric triglyceride. peg-12. oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil (oenothera biennis oil). glyceryl stearate. myreth-3 myristate. peg-100 stereate. polyacrylate-13. aquaphilus dolomiae extract. arginine. citric acid. evening primrose oil/palm oil aminopropanediol esters. glycine. polyisobutene. polysorbate 20. sorbitan isostearate. tocopherol. water (aqua).
Usage Directions:
Apply once or twice a day, or as frequently as required.
Warnings:
Always read the label and use as directed. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes, if it goes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly.
Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
