Ingredients:
Natural fish oil 1 g (1000 mg) containing omega-3 marine triglycerides
300 mg as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg
Usage Directions:
For heart, skin and general health:
Adults - Take 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed
For brain and eye health:
Adults - Take 3 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed
For healthy growth and development in children:
Children 1+ years - Take 2 capsules a day (ages 1 - 12 years, pierce or squeeze into milk, juice or cereal)
Children under 1 year - Only as professionally prescribed.Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Contains fish and sulfites

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
