Elevit DHA + Choline for Pregnancy, are vital nutrients that support the healthy development of your baby’s brain & nervous system. Choline may also support placenta health during pregnancy.
Both DHA & Choline cannot be made in adequate quantities by the body and must be obtained through diet. Since the consumption of DHA rich foods like oily fish, eggs and seafood may be limited in some people, dietary supplementation maybe required.
The first 1000 days of life (from conception to a child’s 2nd birthday) are a significant window of opportunity for laying the foundations of their future health. These tablets provide a broad range of benefits during this nutritionally demanding time.
