Usage Directions:
Adults:

Preparation for Exercise / Magnesium & Carbohydrate Loading (Hypertonic)
- Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 200 mL of water.
- Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximize muscle magnesium and endurance.

Before Exercise (Isotonic)
- Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water.
- Drink one to two doses 30 minutes before exercise.

For Endurance, Stamina, and Performance (Isotonic)
- Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water.
- Drink one dose every hour during exercise.

For Rehydration (Isotonic)
- Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water.
- Drink one dose every 20 minutes during exercise.

Everyday Hydration and Physical Work (Isotonic / Hypotonic)
- For isotonic hydration: Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water.
- For hypotonic hydration: Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 600 mL of water.
- Use as needed to meet hydration and performance needs.
Note: For low-carbohydrate rehydration, consider using Endura Rehydration Low Carb Fuel. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
