Fefol Multi-Preg contains 18 key nutrients to help provide mother and growing baby with nutritional support prior to conception, during pregnancy and whilst breast-feeding.
Preconception
Fefol Multi-Preg can be taken at least 4 weeks prior to conception. It contains Zinc 10mg, Iodine 250 micrograms, and Folic Acid 500 micrograms which support preconception health. Zinc, Iodine and Folic Acid are also important to help prepare the body for pregnancy.
Pregnancy
Fefol Multi-Preg also contains Vitamin B12 (12 micrograms), Vitamin D (12.5 micrograms 500IU) and Vitamin C (60mg) to help support a healthy pregnancy. With a high dose of Iodine and Folic Acid, Fefol Multi-Preg supports healthy foetal central nervous system and brain development. Folic Acid is important to help prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida or anencephaly when trying to conceive and in the first trimester.
Breastfeeding
Fefol Multi-Preg supports healthy growth and development in breast fed healthy infants as well as general health and wellbeing in breastfeeding women. With 250 micrograms of Iodine, Fefol Multi-Preg supports healthy eye, vision, brain & cognitive development in breast fed healthy infants.
