Our Cacao & Hazelnut Breakfast Clusters are sprouted and dehydrated in small batches on the Central Coast of NSW. We soak our organic buckwheat before mixing in raw cacao powder, organic nuts, and organic puffed whole grains. This mixture is then slowly dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve both flavor and nutrients.
