What is buckwheat flour?
It’s the seed of a plant related to rhubarb. As a substitute buckwheat flour is a great gluten-free alternative to regular flour in pastas, noodles, pancakes and baked goods.

Organic Buckwheat Flour (100%).Usage Directions:
Traditionally used in French galettes, Russian blinis, Japanese soba noodles, Irish soda breads or more modern grain free Greek pita breads, American biscuits, banana loaf and apple tea cakes, soft cookies, crisp crackers, waffles muffins and more. Apple & buckwheat pancakes: combine 1 cup Lotus Buckwheat flour with 2 grated apples, 1 cup of milk of choice, 2 teaspoons Lotus baking powder and either 2 eggs or 2 tablespoons Lotus flax meal. Let stand for a few minutes then cook in a greased pan until cooked on one side, flip and cook the other side. Serve with cinnamon sugar, maple syrup or honey.Warnings:

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
