Create a perfectly defined pout with this long-lasting lip pencil.
Enriched with Vitamin E, the nurturing, velvety formula smoothly defines, prevents lipstick bleeding and improves the long wear of Lip Colour when applied as a base. A simple wind-up action and convenient in-built sharpener enhance the ease of use.
Directions for Use:
Completely line the top and bottom lips and fill in to create a base. Finish by applying your favourite Natio lipstick or gloss.
