Fish Oil is extracted from cold water fish and is a natural source of marine Omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which are classified as essential fatty acids as they cannot be synthesised in the body and must therefore be obtained from dietary sources.
Fish Oil helps relieve mild joint inflammation and swelling and helps relieve the symptoms of mild arthritis. Fish Oil supports joint health, joint mobility and flexibility. It is also important for the health of the cardiovascular system. DHA maintains eye, brain and nervous system health. Containing Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides 300mg as:- Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 180mg
- Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg
Usage Directions:
As an Omega-3 supplement:
- Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Children (from 6-12 years): Take 1-2 capsules daily (prick and squeeze into milk or juice), or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Children (under 6 years): Only as directed by your healthcare professional.
- For mild arthritis support: Adults: Take up to 4 capsules 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
