Description:
Neo-B12 Injection contains the active ingredient hydroxocobalamin. Neo-B12 Injection is a form of vitamin B12. This medicine is used for the prevention and treatment of anaemias associated with vitamin B12 deficiency. It is also used to treat diseases of nerves in the eyes.
Ingredients:
Neo-B12 Injection ampoules contain hydroxocobalamin chloride as the active ingredient.
It also contains:
- sodium chloride
- glacial acetic acid
- water for injections.
This medicine does not contain lactose, sucrose, gluten, tartrazine or any other azo dyes.
Usage Directions:
Your doctor will decide what dose you will receive and how often you will receive it. This depends on your condition and other factors, such as your weight.
Neo-B12 Injection is given as an injection, into a muscle. It must only be given by a nurse or doctor.
If you need to store Neo-B12 Injection, keep it in the original pack until it is time for it to be given. If you take the ampoules out of the pack, they will not keep well.
Storage:
Store below 25°C and in a cool dry place.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to hydroxocobalamin, or any of the ingredients listed at the end of the CMI or cobalt. Do not use if you have folate-deficient megaloblastic anaemia (a type of anaemia caused by the deficiency of another vitamin called folic acid). Talk to your doctor if you have or have had any other medical conditions, such as a disease of the spinal cord.
Check with your doctor if you take any other medicines or are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. If you become pregnant while being treated with Neo-B12 Injection, tell your doctor immediately. If you become pregnant while being treated with Neo-B12 Injection, tell your doctor immediately.
Tell any other doctors, dentists, and pharmacists who treat you that you are being given Neo-B12 Injection.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
