Optifresh Lubricating Eye Gel Tube 10g
Description:
Optifresh has a soothing, long lasting gel formula which relives severe to moderate dry eyes. It moisturises the eyes and can be used either during the day or at night. Contains the active ingredient Carbomer 0.2% w/v.
Ingredients:
Carbomer 0.2%; Cetrimide; Sorbitol; Sodium hydroxide; Disodium Edetate; Water for injection.
Usage Directions:
Remove the cap from the tube, tilt your head back and pull the lower lid of your eye forming a pocket.
Squeeze slowly until a small drop forms at the end of the tube and spread it evenly inside the eyelid. Blink two to three times to spread the gel evenly over the eye and wipe away any excess gel from around the eyelids.
Use one drop on each eye 3-4 times a day or as required.
Storage:
Store below 25°C.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the components.do not use after the expiry date shown on the tube. Do not touch the eye with the tip of the tube.
Do not wear contact lenses while you are putting the gel. Once complete leave a gap of at least 30 minutes before you put on your lenses.In rare cases, a slight temporary blurring of vision may occur due to the gooeyness of the gel. Therefore, it is advisable to wait for a few seconds before doing any activity that requires clear vision.
If you are using any other eye products, there should be a gap of at least 15 minutes before you use Optifresh. Additionally, Optifresh should be the last used product.
Once opened, please dispose the tube & any unused product within 28 days. Keep out of reach from children. For external ophthalmic use only.

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
