Usage Directions:

For best results use in place of your regular body moisturiser twice a day (and if pregnant, use as soon as you discover you are pregnant, until after baby is born.)

Apply all over body, paying special attention to tummy, breasts, thighs, hips & buttocks.

Massage liberally into skin twice daily.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
