Product Overview
Power Super Foods seaweed is sourced from Northern Atlantic waters, wild harvested and air-dried at low temperatures to retain nutrients and ensure low impact on the environment. A nutrient-dense red seaweed, Dulse is a very popular type of seaweed, and is a great source of iodine, iron and potassium. A salty-savoury flavour, dulse flakes can be added as a salt replacement on dishes such as eggs, rice, pasta, noodles, veggies, or to season almost any dish! Dulse Leaf can also be pan-fried and eaten by itself.
