To ensure this product meets the high purity standards Australians deserve, the fish oil in this product has been tested for mercury and other heavy metals.

Usage Directions:
To be taken with food.
Adults:
- For general health and wellbeing: Take 1 capsule daily.
- For cardiovascular and heart health: Take 2 capsules daily.
- For healthy blood lipids: Take 3 capsules daily.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
