Description:
Aquacel Ag Extra Hydrofiber Dressing is for the management of exuding wounds. The dressing absorbs high amount of wound fluid and bacteria and creates a soft, cohesive gel that conforms to the wound surface, maintains a moist environment and aids in the removal of non-viable tissue from the wound.
Moist wound healing environment and control of wound bacteria supports the body’s healing process and helps reduce the risk of wound infection.
This dressing is a soft, sterile dressing made from 2 layers of 1.2% ionic silver impregnated sodium carboxymethylcellulose stitched together with strengthening fibres. The silver in the dressing may help kill wound bacteria held in the dressing and provides an antimicrobial barrier to protect the wound bed.
Ingredients:
Contains 1.2% silver.
Usage Directions:
Before applying the dressing, cleanse the wound area with an appropriate wound cleanser.
The dressing should overlap 1cm onto the skin surrounding the wound.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings:
Always read the label & use only as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. For external use.
Do not re-use.
Keep dry.
Should not be used on individuals who are sensitive to or who have had an allergic reaction to the dressing or its components.
Seek medical advice immediately for all serious wounds or injuries, or if redness or discomfort occurs.
This product is not a substitute for direct medical attention from a healthcare practitioner.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
