Usage Directions:
Recommended daily intake: 1 serve Add 6g (1 scoop) to 600 mL water and shake. Consume during exercise or immediately afterwards. *Settling of the product occurs over time. The scoop is included as a guide only. We recommend weighing the serve if accuracy is required.
