Caruso’s Sleep More® is a herbal sleeping tablet with five herbs to relieve sleeplessness and improve the quality of your sleep. It contains Hops and Passion Flower which reduce the time you take to fall asleep and promote deep sleep. The Green Tea and Kava in Caruso’s Sleep More® reduce the symptoms of mild anxiety, calm the mind and help to support emotional wellbeing, whilst Ziziphus relieves restlessness and excess nervous energy.

Adults take 2 tablets with food 30 to 60 minutes before retiring, or as advised by your health professional.
Warnings:
• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health professional.
• Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
• Not for prolonged use. May harm the liver.
• In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
• To be taken with food.
• The recommended dose of this medicine provides small amounts of caffeine.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
