Collagen peptides are a completely hydrolysed form of collagen protein, which means the amino acid strands of the protein are broken into individual collagen peptides making them easy to digest and highly bioavailable. It's important to be careful with where your collagen comes from. Most collagen powder comes from overseas and some have tested positive for traces of heavy metal contamination. Serving Suggestions
For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To save on plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons (15g) in 300ml of water and mix with a spoon, shaker or blender.
Do not consume if left longer than 4 hours. Collagen peptides can survive temperatures as high as 300°C, making collagen one of the few protein powders that may be used in hot drinks, cooking and baking.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
