CoaguChek INRange Kit
Description:
The CoaguChek® INRange system, consisting of the CoaguChek INRange meter and the CoaguChek XS® PT Test PST test strip, is intended for the determination of prothrombin time (PT) in fresh capillary blood. It is intended for use by properly selected and appropriately trained patients and their respective caregivers. The prothrombin time (PT) test is a general coagulation test to monitor Vitamin K Antagonist therapy. The CoaguChek INRange system is intended for single patient self-testing only. It is not intended for use in a professional setting.
Feature & Benefits- Results trend reporting: The CoaguChek INRange meter will let your patients know if their most recent result is higher or lower than their last result to help understand trends.
- Bluetooth or USB connectivity: Connect the meter to a mobile app via Bluetooth or USB to quickly and easily send results to the healthcare professional. For more information about compatible software for data transfer with the CoaguChek INRange meter please contact your local Roche Diagnostics customer support.
- Color display: The color display makes important information such as color-coded results noticeable so that they are easy to read and understand.
- Target range aware: Once you setup targets in your CoaguChek INRange, it will clearly let the patient know about results out of that range.
- Commenting: The patient can enter up to 6 comments with each result to help them remember any past actions that may have affected the result.
- Reminders and on-screen help: Reminders can be setup for important events such as when to test, take medication or next doctor's appointment. On-screen help provides text guidance through-out the test procedure.

Your pharmacist/specialist supplier can provide you the training and/or put you in touch with associations or institutions offering training in coagulation self-monitoring. Self-monitoring supplements your doctor’s care; it is not a substitute for it. Self-monitoring of oral anticoagulation therapy using coagulation values determined with the CoaguChek INRange system may only be undertaken after consultation with your doctor and comprehensive instruction by a qualified healthcare professional. together, (the Advisory Statements).

How We Handle Them:
Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
