The lower back and hip heating belt by deep heat is thin and easy to use. Once it is wrapped around, it provides up to 12 hours of targeted, sustained temporary pain relief from hip pain, back pain and Joint Pain or Stiffness. It has been designed in a way that one size fits everyone. It is comfortable to wear, odourless and can be worn around your back and hips. Usage Directions:
OPEN ONLY WHEN READY TD USE AS PRODUCT IS AIR ACTIVATED.
Tear open plastic packet. Place heating pad of the belt on affected area & wrap around waist & secure with Velcro. Ensure it is a snug fit. Unfasten Velcro to remove.
Storage:
Store below 30°C.

DO NOT:
- use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.
- use on the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises or swelling.
- use on infants, children, or persons unable to remove the belt on their own.
- use with other skin medications or heat sources.
- bandage over the belt.
- cut, massage, or fold the belt.
- attempt to reheat or microwave.
- use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against belt.
- use if product is punctured or torn.
All heat products have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the belt gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If swallowed seek medical help. If contents of the belt touches the skin or eyes rinse immediately with water & seek medical help. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage or a skin condition.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
