Each hard capsule contains: Biotin 2.5 mg Selenomethionine 174 micrograms equiv. to selenium 70 micrograms Zinc amino acid chelate 70 mg equiv. to zinc 14 mg Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto) ext. dry conc 14 mg from dry fruit 1.4 g Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) ext. dry conc. 500 mg from dry leaf 12.5 g stand. to contain coffee 50 mg
Usage Directions:
Adults only: Take 1 capsule, with water, once daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional
Warnings:
Adults only. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 50 mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn or broken. Contains phenylalanine.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
