Description:
John Plunkett's Psor-asist Cream helps treat Psoriasis and skin conditions associated with scaling & inflammation. It also helps reduce redness & itching. This cream helps soften and remove scales and helps restore your skin to its normal state.
This cream has a blend of proven, effective ingredients and a four-way action to reduce inflammation, clear excess scale and reduces cell proliferation. Finally, it also re-moisturises and repairs affected skin tissue
Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin condition where the skin cell cycle accelerates from the normal 28 days and can become as short as 3-6 days causing a build-up of skin cells. These excess skin cells shed in dry silvery scales and skin becomes dry, scaly and irritated. These patches tend to occur on the scalp, elbows, and knees, and can be itchy. An event such as stress or an infection may trigger psoriasis and produce the scaly skin patches.

- The Coal Tar Solution in this cream calms and reduces inflammation
- The Natural Fish Oil in this cream assists in reducing cell proliferation (i.e., cells growing faster than the ideal rate)
- The Precipitated Sulfur in this cream helps promote normal cell growth
- The ingredient Retinol Palmitate helps restore healthy skin
- The ingredient Salicylic Acid encourages the removal of old skin cells and encourages renewal and revitalisation of skin cells
Ingredients:
Coal tar solution 50 mg/ml, Natural fish oil 33.2 mg/ml, Precipitated sulfur 30 mg/ml, Retinol palmitate 83.25 microgram/ml, Salicylic acid 20 mg/ml.
Usage Directions:
Apply to affected area two or three times a day until lesions have disappeared.
Storage:
Store below 30°C.

Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. For external use only. If it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Do not use if you are sensitive for any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children.
