John Plunkett's Exfoliating Skin Brightener, is an easy, at-home treatment designed to gently dissolve damaged skin cells to reduce fine lines & surface discolouration.
It uses salon strength Glycolic Acid (25%) to deliver laser-like skin resurfacing with a 12-hour overnight action. It also stimulates collagen production and boosts cellular renewal, revealing brighter, clearer new skin without visible peeling. You will wake up with refreshed, smoother skin.
Glycolic acid is a type of Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA). It is a small molecule, has a low weight and is therefore able to penetrate deeper into the skin therefore improving its efficacy.
Exfoliation is an important part of your skincare routine as it removes the build-up of dead skin cells and helps cell turnover so that the skin looks more radiant. Exfoliation unclogs pores, increases circulation, and stimulates collagen synthesis (collagen production). It is essential at any age, but particularly as we age since dead skin cells accumulate due to our skin turnover slowing down. Exfoliation also makes it easier for the skin to absorb skincare products, it allows easy access for the penetration of products that are applied to the skin.
Makeup application looks more even and much nicer on exfoliated skin. It looks smoother and more natural.
Suitable for all skin types, specially formulated for dull and tired skin.
Not tested on animals.
Ingredients:
Deionised Water, Glycolic Acid, Ammonium Hydroxide, Milk Protein (Lactokine), Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract.
Usage Directions:
After cleansing, apply one pump on your fingertips and gently spread evenly over face and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. (The glycolic exfoliators may produce a light tingling sensation).
Allow to dry before applying a moisturiser.
Protect your skin with daily SPF skincare.
For sensitive skin, rinse off after 1 minute to avoid irritation.
Use at night, 1-2 times a week.
Avoid Retinol, acid based or exfoliating products for at least 2 days.
Storage:
Store below 25°C.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
