Live Well Neck Collar Hot/Cold Bag

Versatile and natural, the neck collar hot & cold bag by Live Well is a great drug free alternative to help manage pain in and around the neck area. It can be used help with hot or cold therapy as required by the neck area. It targets and may help to relieve pain and symptoms. Live well hot & cold bags are made with lupin seeds; an alternative to wheat or silicone, the packs are 99% allergy free.
However, lupin seeds are related to the nut family, so if you suffer from a nut allergy, it best to avoid these products. These Hot and Cold bags are reusable lightweight, odour free and can be heated in the microwave or frozen to be a cold pack. Hand washable.
Usage Directions:
Whether it is for heat therapy or cold therapy do not apply to the area for more than 15 minutes at a time. If further treatment is required, wait 20 minutes before reapplying the bag.
Use hot for relief aches, sore muscles, cramps, comfort, and relaxation.
Use cold for relief for sprains, strains, headaches, migraines, bruises and swelling.
Heating Directions: Microwave for 60 seconds (based on 900W Microwave). Heat for increments of 20 seconds if bag isn’t warm enough. The bag should feel comfortably warm on the skin, not too hot to keep on the skin. Do not overheat. Heat only on a clean microwave plate or dish.
Cooling Directions: Place in a plastic bag and in the freezer for 30 minutes. The bag should feel comfortably cool on the skin, not too cold to keep on the skin.
Washing Directions: Hand washable in cold water only. Use mild detergent. Line dry, out of direct sunlight. DO NOT soak. DO NOT tumble dry.
Storage:
Store it in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use.
Potential fire and burn risk if overheated. Always monitor bag when being heated. Test temperature of bag before applying to the area.
Not suitable for children unless supervised by an adult.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
