Lotus Sago Tapioca Seed is made from the high-starch flour produced from the root of the tapioca plant. Use it in tapioca recipes and sago recipes to make tapioca pudding or sago pudding.

What is sago?
Sago is also known as tapioca seed and it’s a starch extracted from the pith, or spongy core tissue, of tropical palm stems like the Metroxylon sagu. It is a major staple food for the lowland peoples of New Guinea and the Maluku Islands, where it is called saksak, rabia and sagu.
