Description:
Mepiform is a medical-grade silicone dressing designed for the prevention and treatment of all scars, particularly keloid and hypertrophic scars.
Mepiform uses Safetac Technology to manage and prevent the formation of both old and new hypertrophic scars and keloids over time. The Safetac layer minimizes pain and trauma during dressing changes. Made from silicone, Mepiform has been clinically proven to have a positive impact on the appearance of hypertrophic scars and keloids.
For preventive use, patients should wear Mepiform for 2 to 6 months, depending on the condition of the scar. It is ideal to wear it for 24 hours a day, except during showering or bathing.

Usage Directions:
Follow the instructions on the pack or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Open the packaging and remove the dressing.
- If needed, cut the dressing to size, ensuring a minimum 1 cm overlap around the scar.
- Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free of any creams or ointments before applying Mepiform.
- Remove the release film and gently apply Mepiform over the scar. Avoid stretching the dressing when applying over joints.
- Reapply after daily cleansing of the scar.
Storage:
Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Warnings:
Always read the label. Use as directed.
Do not use Mepiform on patients with known hypersensitivity to the ingoing materials/components of the product.
Should maceration or rash occur, remove the dressing, and allow the skin to recover until the symptom has disappeared, then continue treatment gradually increasing therapy time. If the symptom persists, discontinue use, and consult a physician for advice.
Sterile. Do not use if sterile barrier is damaged or opened prior to use. Do not re-sterilise.Disclaimer:

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
