All other ingredients: Purified water. The vitamin D in this product contains small levels of starch sodium octenyl succinate, dl-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) sodium ascorbate (vitamin C), silicon dioxide (silica), vegetable oil (carrier for fat soluble vitamin D) and maltodextrin (carbohydrate).

Usage Directions:

Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.

Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water.

Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt. Consume immediately.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Warnings:

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be
exceeded.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
