Liquid Omega-3D lemon is made from 100% wild-caught sardines and anchovies. All Nordic Naturals’ fish oil products are offered in the triglyceride molecular form; the form naturally found in fish and the form your body most easily absorbs. *

Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), natural lemon flavour, d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol in olive oil)
No gluten, milk derivatives or artificial colours or flavours.
Usage Directions:
For liquid: Take one teaspoon daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Storage:
For best results, please refrigerate and use within three months after opening.
