Description:
Oriental Botanicals Somnicalm has a blend of ingredients used in western herbal medicine to induce sleep, reduce sleeplessness and the time taken to fall asleep.
Among other things these tablets contain passionflower, ziziphus and the Chinese herbs schisandra, polygala, albizia, biota and poria
The passionflower, has been used traditionally in western herbal medicine to induce sleep and decrease the time it takes to fall asleep. It is also taken to increase restful sleep, relieve mild anxiety & stress symptoms, decrease irritability & restlessness and to maintain muscle relaxation.
The ziziphus, has been used traditionally in Chinese medicine to relieve sleeplessness and calm the mind & spirit. It also reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and decreases disturbed sleep.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains herbal extracts dry concentrate:
Ziziphus (Ziziphus jujuba var spinosa) seed 250mg, dry equiv.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) herb 100mg, dry equiv.
500mg
Poria (Wolfiporia cocos) mushroom 40mg, dry equiv.
200mg
Albizia (Albizia julibrissin) stem bark 40mg, dry equiv.
200mg
Polygala (Polygala tenuifolia) root 40mg, dry equiv.
200mg
Biota (Biota orientalis) seed 40mg, dry equiv.
200mg
Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) fruit 30mg, dry equiv.
150mg
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
No added artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, yeast, gluten, wheat, nuts, dairy or animal products.

Adults: Take 3-4 tablets one hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
Storage:
Store below 25°C away from heat and direct sunlight.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
