Pacific Harvest Nori Wild Seaweed Fronds 15g
Description:
This Nori seaweed is sustainably farmed in an organic certified area, air dried to preserve nutrients and tested for contaminants. The farmed seaweed has a milder, less gritty flavour than wild nori seaweed. Of all the edible seaweeds it is perhaps the most well known, being of sushi fame! In Wales it is called laver, in South America, luche. We call it Nori here because it is the most commonly used name for this species of seaweed. Nori is a red seaweed and of all the seaweeds it offers the most plant protein (up to 35%). Nori has recently become a popular healthy seaweed snack in supermarket aisles and for good reason – it is brimming with nutrients and has amazing umami flavour. Nori seaweed has a texture similar to cellophane and is naturally a dark purple/browny colour. It has a light mushroom like flavour which can change to more of a mushroom flavour when roasted, or anchovy flavour when moist. Nori is a pantry staple and can be used in so many different ways!

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
