Pharmacy Health Stomach Relief Forte 10 Tablets

Description:

Stomach Relief Forte by Pharmacy Health, are double strength tablets that help provide relief from acute stomach ache & pain due to cramps and spasms.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains: Hyoscine butylbromide 20 mg

Free from gluten.

Contains sugars (as lactose).

Usage Directions:

Adults & children over 6 years:

Take 1 tablet up to 4 times a day when necessary.
Tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

Storage:

Store below 25ºC

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not administer with other products containing paracetamol, unless advised to do so by a doctor or pharmacist. Incorrect use could be harmful. Keep out of reach of children. 

Do not give to children under 6 years. If the condition persists after two days of treatment, seek medical advice as soon as possible. If pregnant or likely to become pregnant, consult a pharmacist or a doctor before use.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
