The Carob Kitchen Carob Coconut Bar is made from Australian grown organic carob beans, with real cocoa butter and naturally sweet toasted coconut flakes. The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste of The Carob Kitchen’s Carob Coconut Bar is blended to have a mild carob taste using Australian milk solids from grass-fed cows and ethically sourced cocoa butter.
The Carob Kitchen products are 100% AUSTRALIAN MADE, GROWN AND OWNED with each tree nurtured organically with “nothing but love, sun and sea breezes.” Established in 1997 The Carob Kitchen’s family-owned orchard is the oldest organic carob operation in Australia. Using only natural methods, each tree is lovingly homegrown from seed and grafted in the paddock by David and Carol Solomon, who still hand nurture and care for each of their 3,500 trees.
Positioned adjacent to the sea in Port Elliot, South Australia, the natural rainfall, summer sun and sea breezes of the local Mediterranean climate allows the orchard to thrive – producing consistent and high-quality carob bursting with natural sweetness.

Made with natural ingredients: Milk solids, cocoa butter, organically grown carob powder (25.5%), natural vanilla extract, toasted coconut, emulsifier (GMO-free sunflower lecithin). Contains milk. May contain tree nuts, peanut, soy and sesame.Usage Directions:

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
