Each 8g dose contains: Minerals: Magnesium amino acid chelate UltraMag® (magnesium 244 mg) 2.1 g Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (calcium 140 mg) 601.1 mg Dibasic sodium phosphate (sodium 1.3 mg) 4 mg Nutrients: Inositol (myo-inositol) 1 g Choline bitartrate (choline 257.2 mg) 625.7 mg Glycine 250 mg Alpha casozepine enriched hydrolysed milk protein Lactium® 75 mg Vitamin: d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate (vitamin E 82.5 IU) 68 mg
Usage Directions:
Adults: Take 8g (1 level scoop) once a day before bedtime, or as professionally prescribed. Only use the scoop provided. Mix in 100-200mL of water or juice and consume immediately.
Storage:
Store below 30°C.

How We Handle Them:
Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
